Prior to getting into mortgages, Lonnie had spent several years in the Real Estate industry. Starting out assisting his parents with their real estate investment portfolio in Akron Ohio, he was exposed to the day-to-day duties of a real estate investor at an early age. This experience taught him a lot of valuable lessons. It also showed him the power of owning real estate and the great impact that it had on one’s wealth and overall financial picture. What stood out the most to him was that studies had shown that home owners were 35 times wealthier than renters.

From then on, Lonnie became highly interested in real estate investing and using real estate to build wealth and security. After seeing great value in home ownership, he pursued a career in real estate as a Realtor with My Home Group Real Estate in Scottsdale. To him, helping families achieve the dream of home ownership was nothing short of amazing.

Growing his business as a real estate professional, he realized there was still one thing missing. He saw that there were A LOT of people that just wouldn’t get off of the fence and over the fear of purchasing a home. One big problem was that many families didn’t even realize they were capable of purchasing a home. They thought one still had to put down 20% or thousands and thousands of dollars. That wasn’t the case anymore. One can purchase a home these days with little to NO money out of pocket.

After years of serving families as a real estate agent, he decided to switch sides of the transaction. He wanted to assist families with obtaining financing for their future homes. In the previous years, he had learned a lot about being financially fit and wanted to be the motivation to help those that are still renting, to get off the fence and own a home.

Not only did he see value in helping these families with financing for homes but also wanted to create value for real estate agents by teaching them valuable marketing tips and strategies so that they could help more families buy and sell homes.

In the end, he serves two primary clients:
